On this page you will see some samples of very sculptural three dimensional tile.  All tile is custom sized and completed in many ways depending on the theme involved.  Hand decorated, this tile is for the wall or inside use and is not fired as high as outside or floor tile. Three dimensional tile would rarely be used on a floor.  Here are some examples:
