Q. Can my tile be used outside or in a pool?

A.  Any tile may be used outside if it is fully glazed and therefore sealed.

Q. What sizes do tiles come in?

A.  As our tile is custom sized, just give us your space dimensions and the size tile you would like and     we will advise you of the number of tiles needed.

Q. Are the sinks strong?

A.  Sinks are fired to vitrification  temperature for maximum strength.  Vitrification means the highest temperature allowed for that particular clay body.  Most sinks are a porcelain body.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A.  Depending on the design, number of items. etc, it usually takes 3-4 weeks. Large orders take longer, naturally.  Remember, this is custom work and our attention to detail ensures a professional product.

Q.  How am I sure my colors will match?

A. To be certain of color match, it is best to send a color sample. We will get as close as is possible considering available ceramic products and send a sample tile to ensure color matching.

Q.  What is the return policy?

A. As we strive to have all information and color samples prior to beginning the order, we rarely have such requests.  However, if a major problem arises, we will be happy to discuss the situation and come to a mutual agreement.

Q.  What about breakage in shipping?

A. We all have had such a situation at one time or other so it is impossible to say it will "never" happen but,  if any item arrives in pieces, contact us and save the items for the shippers inspection.  Meanwhile, we will replace your items as soon as we receive a description and a picture of the broken parts.

Q. How do I order?

A. Call or email us with your request.  I prefer a phone call so any questions may be answered "on the spot".  Once we have all ideas in place, it will take a day or two to calculate final pricing.  I will then contact you and, on your approval, proceed to the amount needed to finalize and begin the project.
